Lexington SC Realtor - Retta Whitehead
Retta Whitehead is a native of Lexington County and a graduate of Columbia College with a B.A. Degree. She has done graduate work at the University of South Carolina
and the University of Tennessee.
Retta is the mother of two children and young grandmother of four grandsons. Time away from her family and career in real estate is spent serving her community. She is on the Board of Directors for the Lexington County Medical Foundation and is an active member of Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church. She serves as director of First Community Bank and has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors. Currently she serves on the Bylaws and Contracts Committees of the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors.
A RE/MAX Sales/Broker Associate, Retta has earned designations of GRI, CRS, and CBR. She is a Lifetime member of the Columbia Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence. She has received the Platinum Award, the highest recognition given for RE/MAX associates’ production as well as the 100% Club Award. She consistently ranks among the top agents in the North and South Carolina Region.
More recently the excitement in Retta's life has come being the broker in charge of Exit Real Estate Consultants. This new company, opened in April of 2008, has provided the flexibility for Retta to provide the support and advice to agents she always has, but now in a managerial role.
Retta continues to represent buyers and sellers in the Columbia, SC area which has always been her true calling in real estate. Clients both past and present can attest to her work ethic and committment to giving them the best representation possible in a real estate transaction.
